The Company was legally incorporated with the Administrative Approval Service Bureau of Shizhong District, Zaozhuang, Shandong, under the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China. It has independent legal personality and bears civil liability independently.

2.1 Business license: The Company has lawfully obtained a business license. Its approved business scope includes manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment; manufacturing and selling plastic products; selling rubber products; selling, researching and developing electronic specialty materials; wholesaling and retailing electronic components; manufacturing and wholesaling hardware products; manufacturing and selling molds; manufacturing and selling copying and offset printing equipment; selling specialized plastics-processing equipment; industrial design services; internet sales (excluding products whose sale requires a license); import and export of goods and technology; domestic trade agency services; and other activities. Activities subject to licensing include road freight transportation (online freight services) and the printing of specified printed materials.

2.2 ICP filing: This platform (www.yizhou-industrial.com) has completed its internet information service filing with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China under the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services. The filing number is 鲁ICP备2026014708号.

2.3 Value-added telecommunications services: The Company’s online information services are non-commercial internet information services, for which the required filing has been completed. If the business scope expands in the future to activities requiring a value-added telecommunications business license, the Company will conduct those activities only after obtaining the relevant license.

2.4 Tax registration: The Company has completed tax registration with the Zaozhuang Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration and fulfills its tax obligations in accordance with the law. It can issue general VAT invoices to partner customers.

3.1 Platform copyright: Copyright in the platform’s overall design, interface layout, interaction logic, source code, database structure, API documentation, 3D modeling files, algorithmic models and similar materials belongs to Shandong Yizhou Industrial Co., Ltd. and is protected by the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China and international copyright treaties.

3.2 Trademark rights: “羿州实业”, “羿州 POD” and their associated identifiers and graphic marks are registered trademarks or trademarks under application of Shandong Yizhou Industrial Co., Ltd., protected by the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China. No person or organization may use these trademarks in any way without the Company’s written authorization.

3.3 Ownership of user content: Intellectual property rights in digital content uploaded by users, such as design artwork and design files, belong to the users, or the users have lawfully obtained authorization from the rights holders to use them. The platform uses this content only for the purpose of providing production services to users and will not use it for other commercial purposes.

3.4 Third-party trademarks: Apple, the Apple logo and iPhone are trademarks or registered trademarks of Apple Inc. in the United States and other countries and regions. References to these names and devices on this platform are solely to explain compatible device models for accessory products and demonstrate their appearance. The platform does not sell Apple products and has no relationship of ownership, affiliation, authorization, sponsorship or endorsement with Apple Inc. The relevant content does not represent Apple Inc.’s views or position. Rights to other third-party trademarks, product names and logos belong to their respective rights holders.

3.5 Infringement complaints: If you believe that content on this platform infringes your intellectual property rights, send an infringement notice to info@yizhou-industrial.com with documents proving ownership of those rights. We will review and handle it within 48 hours of receiving a valid notice.

In its operations, the Company strictly complies with the following legal and regulatory framework, including but not limited to:

• E-commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China — Governs the platform’s e-commerce business activities, protection of consumer rights and data retention obligations.

• Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China — Governs security obligations and compliance requirements for the platform’s data processing activities.
• Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China — Governs network operators’ security protection obligations and emergency response mechanisms for network incidents.
• Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China — Protects end consumers’ right to information and fair transactions when buying custom products.
• Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China — Protects the platform’s and users’ rights in original designs and digital content.
• Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China — Protects the trademark rights of the Company and users and governs trademark use.
• Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services — Governs internet information service filings and content management.

The Company commits to conducting regular legal compliance reviews to ensure that its business operations always meet the latest legal and regulatory requirements.

5.1 Information accuracy: Product information, prices, inventory status and other content displayed on this platform are for reference only and may differ from actual circumstances due to delays in system updates. Final product specifications, prices and availability are subject to confirmation when an order is actually placed.

5.2 Third-party links: The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as logistics tracking or payment channels. These links are provided solely for users’ convenience. The Company accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policy or security of any third-party website.

5.3 Service interruptions: The Company will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform operating reliably, but accepts no liability for temporary service interruptions caused by system maintenance, upgrades, network failures, force majeure or similar causes. Users will be notified in advance of scheduled maintenance through platform announcements.

5.4 Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill or loss of data.

5.5 User conduct: Users bear full legal responsibility for all their actions and the consequences of those actions when using the platform’s services. When selling products produced through the platform to others, users must ensure that their business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6.1 Governing law: The interpretation, validity and enforcement of all legal documents listed on this page, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, After-sales Service Coverage and Refund Policy, and this Legal Information page, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, unless otherwise provided by law).

6.2 Negotiation first: For any dispute arising from use of the platform’s services, both parties must first seek resolution through amicable negotiation in good faith. During negotiations, both parties must keep communication channels open and respond actively to each other’s reasonable requests.

6.3 Court jurisdiction: If negotiation does not result in agreement, either party may bring proceedings before the People’s Court of Shizhong District, Zaozhuang, Shandong. Both parties agree to accept that court’s exclusive jurisdiction.

6.4 Severability: If a court with jurisdiction finds any provision on this page or in related legal documents invalid or unenforceable, that invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the validity of the other provisions, which will remain in full effect.
